1. Introduction about the company

Disneyland-ParisShuttle.com is the trade name of the company called PRIVATE CAB TRANSFERT. The company registered in France under registration number: 753 230 499 R.C.S Paris. Our main services are Private transfers between airports and main cities like Paris, Disneyland, and Excursion tours, parks in France.

By agreeing to these terms of service, you also confirm that you understand how our service works.

2. Reservations Conditions

The Customer should take full responsibility filling up the reservation form correctly specially the pickup time, date, flight number and contact details. In the event of inaccurate information provided by the customer Disneyland-ParisShuttle cannot be held responsible for not fulfilling the transfer.

There are 3 ways of reserving your transfer

i) Through online reserving by going to www.disneyland-parisshuttle.com (The reservation must be made before 24 hours on pickup time.)
ii) Through our Contact Telephone number +33 621 680 435 (The reservation must be made before 3 hours on pickup time.)
iii) Through Faxing to this number +33 148 532 879 (The reservation must be made before 24 hours on pickup time.)

2.1 Modification of the reservation

Modification may be made by e-mail, telephone or fax, at no additional cost, with Disneyland-ParisShuttle up to 24 hours prior to the transfer time. Modification made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer may only be made by telephone. Regardless of the circumstances, modification will be made within the limits of availability.

2.2 Cancellation and Refunding

Cancellation may be made by Telephone, e-mail or Fax subjecting the Reference number, before 24 hours of the transfer time.

- Cancellation made 24 hours before the Pickup time Full Refund will be made within 5 business days, with a 5% of amount will be deducted for transfer charges.
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours 50% will be refunded
- If the customer does not arrive or wrong information has been given by the customer no refund will be granted.

3. Meeting the Driver

The driver will be standing at the arrival exit door with your name on a board, so you can spot the driver easily. Fail to spot the driver please go to the information desk and get a free call immediately to +33 621 680 435.

At a departure the driver will be at your hotel lobby or at the resident 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. Please Note: Customers leaving to Beauvais airport should be ready 4 hours before the flight scheduled time.

Disneyland-ParisShuttle does not stand responsibility for any delay caused by adverse weather conditions, Demonstrations, Strikes, and unexpected trafic Jams.

4. Payments

The customer can pay in Full or an advance payment through our site online www.disneyland-parisshuttle.com/pay.php . All Reservations above 100 Euros are requested to pay an advance of 10 euros for confirming your transfer. Please note: All Beauvais airport transfers are obliged to make a 10euro advance payment online. The balance the customer can pay the driver directly in cash.

5. Flight Delay or Cancelled

If a flight is delayed at arrival, our driver will wait for the customer maximum 2 hours of no additional cost. If it is more than 2 hours we will not stand responsible for a timely pickup. But the customer can call us and we will do our best to schedule a driver within an hour at no cost.

If the flight is cancelled No Refunds are granted. to reschedule a the transfer there will be an additional cost. Please contact the office for negotiation..

6. Luggage and Baby Seats/ booster seats

A customer is authorised to transport up to 2. Any additional luggage must be mentioned at the time of the reservation. This service is Free of charge.

The customer should mention if they need a baby seats or booster seats at the time of the reservation. This service is Free of charge.

7. Additional Chargers that can be charged

The Company has the right to charge an additional 10% payment to the total, Transfers done Between 10 PM to 6 AM . The company will confirm it with the response to your reservation.
